Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Great Water Inc. or purchasing Great Water Inc. products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Great Water Inc. or to purchase Great Water Inc. products. Great Water Inc. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Limitation of Liability

Product Suitability
All information presented is based on data believed to be reliable. It is offered for evaluation and comparison, but is not to be considered a warranty of any kind. Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product, the merchantability or fitness thereof. Seller's maximum obligation in all cases shall be limited to a refund of purchase price or replacement of product proven defective. Great Water, Inc. shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of purchaser.
It is a responsibility of a purchaser to find a correct water treatment system or filters for their situation. Great Water Inc. may offer explanations on common technologies and solutions to common problems. Recommendations of a particular water system for a particular situation are made solely based on the claims of the equipment manufacturer and the published water quality report of the applicable water treatment authority. While these data are believed to be accurate, Great Water, Inc assumes no liability for inaccuracies. Great Water Inc. and its affiliates are passive resellers and don’t share liability with manufacturers for damages caused by faulty water treatment products or the installation or usage of such products. Purchaser agrees to hold Great Water, Inc. and affiliates harmless for any damages caused by improper system manufacturing, design, installation or operation.
Return Policy
It is the policy of Great Water to replace all defective products within 30 days of purchase with a new product of the same model or equivalent, if the exact model is no longer available. If you feel you have received a defective product please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date via email to Support@GreatWaterInc.com (preferred) or phone 1-877-208-3834.
If you think an item you ordered might be defective, please speak to one of our Product Support Specialists first. Often, they can help you solve setup and installation problems by trouble shooting with you over the phone. To reach our Product Support Specialists, write to Support@GreatWaterInc.com, or call the toll-free number 1-877-208-3834 with your model number ready.
If you must return an item, not due to defect, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Unused and unopened resalable items (such as replacement filters, etc.), have a full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply send the item(s) back in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. This means that you will be refunded 80% of the original order price of the items you are returning, assuming they are in the original packaging and in working condition. Cost of shipping the item to the purchaser is non-refundable.
To receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number please contact us first by email at Returns@GreatWaterInc.com. Please give your order number and as much detail as you can regarding
the reason for the return and a daytime phone number where we may
contact you for more information.
All returns must be in new, unused condition and contain all original parts and components. We will not accept or refund any filters or products that have been damaged, used, or are otherwise incapable of being resold. Filter cartridges are in sanitary sealed packaging. This sanitary seal must not be removed or the filter cannot be resold. We also will not accept any return without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Packages that arrive without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Additionally, we do not refund shipping charges on items returned for an exchange. Even if you are requesting an exchange, you will still need to contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for this type of return.
We will send you the RMA label by email. Let us know how many packages you are returning and we will send a label for each package. Labels by email are sent as a PDF attachment.
Please pack carefully. The item should be returned in the manufacturer's box, with all the parts, manuals, and original packaging included. Please use the original outside box if possible.
Print the label, and attach the to each package, being certain to remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers.
Securely tape one completed RMA label to each package and give the package to a shipper.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail).
Cancelled Orders Policy
We ship most orders within two business days. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. Since we do not charge your credit card until the order is actually shipped, there is no processing fee for orders cancelled before shipping.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Great Water Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Great Water Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Great Water Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Great Water Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Great Water Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice
Great Water Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Great Water Inc.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Illinois, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Great Water Inc. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Great Water Inc. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Great Water Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Great Water Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Great Water Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Great Water Inc. does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Great Water Inc. is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Great Water Inc. reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Great Water Inc. in its sole discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Great Water Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Great Water Inc. may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Great Water Inc., Great Water Inc. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Great Water Inc. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Great Water Inc. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
