This premium filter is designed to work in conjunction with Great Water
®
Kwik Change Reverse Osmosis. Its function is to remove any remaining sediment as well as certain volatile organic compounds and, perhaps most importantly, any free chlorine which could damage the reverse osmosis membrane.
5 micron sediment filter removes dirt, rust, sand, sediment, and other particulates from your water.
Cartridge is 13" long
Recommended replacement interval is every 6 months.(Should be changed at the same time as GWQCCC13 Carbon Block Pre-Filter.)
Valves are built into the heads to prevent back-flow for water quality assurance.
WQA Gold Seal Certified to NSF/ANSI Std. 58.
Cartridges have double o-rings to prevent leakage.
