Your town's website is required to tell you the source of your drinking water.
The Great Water® countertop and undersink filters both provide the same pure water and do not remove the fluoride ion placed in the water by the treatment plant for the purpose of benefiting tooth enamel protection. The only difference is in the number of gallons of pure water provided between filter changes and, of course, the convenience of where to place the unit.
Only the Reverse Osmosis filter removes all of the fluoride ion.
